Will Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs Fit a 2012 Ford F-250 4x4 with 5th Wheel Hitch
Question:
When I hook up my 5th wheel to my 2012 Ford F-250 4x4 it squats about 3 inches. Will this kit bring it back to level and more? Also, will it fit with my 16K PullRite SuperGlide that has the SuperRail Kit #4426?

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs, # AL57396, install on the insides of the frame rails on the truck. I looked up the instructions for the SuperRail kit 4426 and it looks like the brackets install on the outside of the frame rail so it is possible that these 2 system will work together. You will need to compare the instructions for the Air Lift kit which I have linked for you with the current situation on your truck to determine fit.
With the air bags inflated properly it will level out the ride but you will not achieve much additional lift, if any, when using the system.
What I recommend is to use a Timbren system, # TFR250SDG, which installs on the bottoms of the frame rails and will not interfere with the 5th wheel brackets. When your 5th wheel trailer is hooked up the springs will compress and keep the truck level. These types of springs are ideal for trucks that will be carrying the same load frequently whereas air springs are designed more for leveling a bed side to side on trucks that carry many different loads.
I have included some video and FAQ links that should help.
