We have 2 CURT hitch receivers that fit your 2013 Toyota Sienna. The CURT Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13105, a Class III, 2 inch receiver that uses the # 2753 ball mount and provides a 4 inch drop or 2-3/4 inch rise. I have provided a link to instructions on the proper installation of this item and a link to a video showing the installation of this product on a 2012 Toyota Sienna.

We also carry the CURT Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12065, a Class II 1-1/4 inch receiver that comes with the CURT Ball Mount # C45016 that also uses the # 2753 ball mount with a 4 inch drop or 2-3/4 inch rise. I have included links to the instructions for proper installation of this product as well as a video of the installation on 2012 Toyota Sienna. It is not the same vehicle as yours, but similar enough to be effective.

After some research that included speaking to my contact at CURT, I have found the part number you referenced, # 15422, is not a part number used for a CURT hitch.

Only one of the hitches, the # C13105, is compatible with the Anderson Alumistinger Ball Mount # AM3507, as that ball mount you referenced will only fit a 2 inch hitch and has a 6 inch rise/drop. The 6 inch rise is quite a bit more than what is recommended for your vehicle. I have included a link to our FAQ page on choosing the proper ball mount.
