We have a quite a few Konig tire chains for you to choose from for the 265/70R16 tires on your 2006 GMC Savana. The Konig Easy Fit Tire Chains, # TH04115265, are the easiest and fastest tire chains to install using a self-centering and self-tensioning system. These chains have a class S rating, meaning they will work for vehicles with limited wheel well clearance. The Easy Fit chains also have a quick release mechanism and rim protection.
Another Konig tire chain that I recommend is the Thule XG12 Pro Tire Chains, # TH2004705265, that you referenced. These chains come with a more attractive price tag and still offer many of the same features as the K-Summit chains such as the self-centering and self-tensioning system, quick release, and rim protection.
Both of these chains are made of a manganese nickel alloy steel which is strong, durable and corrosion resistant and they come with a 5 year warranty. I have attached a link to all of the Thule tire chains that we carry for your tire size. You will be much happier with tire chains that are quick and easy to install when you are on the side of the road trying to install tire chains.
I have also attached links to 2 help articles on tire chains for you to check out.
