Is Thule Camber 2-Bike Rack Compatible With Draw-Tite Hitch on 2018 VW Passat

Can you tell me whether the Thule Camber 2 Bike Rack is compatible with Sport Frame 24876 hitch that I'm having installed on a 2018 VW Passat?

Let's start with the bike rack, and I can confirm that the Thule Roadway 2-Bike Rack # TH9058 is absolutely compatible with the Draw-Tite trailer hitch receiver that fits your 2018 Volkswagen Passat.
That said, the Draw-Tite Hitch 24876 is not a fit for your 2018 VW Passat, that hitch is only a fit for certain model year Chevy Sonics.
Instead, the correct trailer hitch fit for your 2018 Passat is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11234 or Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24880.
Both trailer hitch receivers will work superbly with the Thule Roadway 2-Bike Rack # TH912XTR.
I do recommend adding a lock to the Roadway to help secure your investment, the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2.
Additionally, with any hanging rack like the Roadway, if you are going to be carrying kids' bikes, or bikes with a step-through or alternative frame, you will need to give the bikes a horizontal mounting point by using an adapter, the Bike Frame Adapter Bar # HRBA-PRO.
