Parts Needed to Install Curt Echo Brake Controller on 2016 Honda Odyssey
Question:
Hi, I have a 2016 Honda Odyssey EX. I currently have the Draw-Tite 75270 hitch and Tekonsha 118521 4 pin wire harness installed on my Odyssey. We are buying a pop-up camper and I would like to equip the Odyssey with a brake controller and 7 pin plug. I like the Curt 51180 brake controller due to the fact that I do not have to drill into my dash to mount a brake controller. What do I need to convert my existing 4 pin to a 7 pin to be able to use this Curt 51180?

Since you already have the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat # 118521 on your 2016 Honda Odyssey, you are most of the way there for the parts needed to install the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180.
The only other part you will need is the installation kit which includes the 7-way, and for a wireless brake controller, the part you need is the 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit for Trailer Brake Controller Installation # ETBC7L.
This kit has all the hardware and wiring required for your 2016 Odyssey to install the Curt Echo # C51180.
