I have a solution for you, but the Track Mount RLTF Legs # RLTF you mentioned are not a fit in Truck Hero rails; additionally those rails are not designed to fit on your 2020 Jeep Gladiator. When it comes to compatible tonneau covers and ladder racks/cargo racks that will work on your 2020 Jeep Gladiator we've only found one combination that will work together. You will need a tonneau cover that mounts completely inside of the bed rails and does not stick up, and a ladder/cargo rack that sits completely on the base rails so that it allows the tonneau to be rolled up.

Because the Access Lite Rider # A95VR sits 1-1/2" above the rails, it's not a good choice. Instead I recommend using the TruXedo Lo Pro # TX523201 because it sits less than 1" above the rails and mounts 3" inside the bed rails. For the ladder rack I recommend using the Putco Venture Tec Overland Truck Bed Rack # P184500, which is the only ladder rack for your Jeep Gladiator that sits right on top of the bed rails, leaving the insides of the rails free for the tonneau cover hardware.

This is a great combination that's specifically designed to match your Jeep Gladiator in terms of compatibility and style. The Putco Venture Tec has built-in channels on the crossbars that allow you to carry a wide variety of crossbar mounted accessories and it has a tent-mounting kit included that is compatible with most roof-top tents.
