Thank you for the photo. You've got a 7 way connector on your 2010 Mercedes GL450, so you'll want to use the 7-Way RV to 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector Adapter # HM47365. This will adapt your 7 way to allow you to tow a trailer using a 4 way flat trailer connector. This will work with both LED lights and incandescent.
