If you have the OEM gooseneck hitch in your 2019 Ram 2500 that would mean you have the OEM fifth wheel rail kit and the correct B and W Companion hitch you'd want is the part # BWRVK3670 which fits that directly. The BWRVK3400 only fits the B and W gooseneck hitches.
