Does Toyota Tacoma Require Friction Sway Control
Question:
I plan to tow a casita with a Toyota Tacoma and I have added a set of hell wings spring support that give me an additional 5K load capacity. Do I still need a anti sway adapter?

Helpful Expert Reply:
Friction sway control like the part # 83660 is a great solution for preventing sway that starts from high winds or a passing semi truck. I wouldn't say you will absolutely need it for your towing setup with your Tacoma and Casita but it wouldn't hurt and might make highway towing less stressful.
