Brake Controller Wiring Adapter for 2020 Toyota 4Runner and Redarc Tow Pro Elite

If I buy the kit Redarc Tow Pro Elite that has the RED49FR adapter included, do I need the HM47815 adaptor to complete the installation?

In addition to the # RED44FR Redarc Tow Pro Elite, you'll also need the # RED49FR vehicle specific wiring adapter. The factory connector is located above and to the left of the emergency brake pedal as shown in the provided photo.
