Will the Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution Hitch RP66130 Work for 1120-lbs Tongue Weight Trailer
Question:
Does this seem like correct hitch for my application? Can I upgrade to 1700lb bars if needed? Trailer gross weight 11500, tongue weight 1120 Thanks!!

It absolutely does!
Because your trailer's tongue weight falls in the middle of the recommended 900-lbs to 1500-lbs range of the Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution Hitch # RP66130, it's going to be a great solution for your trailer with 1120-lbs of tongue weight. If you needed to, you could upgrade to the Reese Replacement Trunnion Spring Bar, 1,700 lbs # 66010, but you would need to get a shank that is rated for any use higher than the 1500-lbs tongue weight capacity of the hitch.
To complete your setup you'll also need a shank # RP54970 and a hitch ball # C40030.
