If your Class A motor home is built on the Ford full size van E-350 or 450 chassis then you can install front mount receiver # 65001 that you have referenced. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
If it was built on the Ford F-53 chassis then there are no custom fit front mount receivers available and you would need to have one custom fabricated by a qualified professional with knowledge of this type of custom project. We have some hitch fabrication parts, see link, that you might be able to use if a hitch needs to be fabricated.
Another option is to find an alternate way to carry the bikes at the back. If the RV already has a rear mounted hitch and you will be towing a trailer with it, you could potentially use a dual purpose receiver, # D210, or a towing bike rack, see link.
