What B and W Companion Hitch Head Settings Should be Used with 2020 Ram 3500 with OEM Rail Kit

Whats the recommended height and distance from axle with the rvk3670 on a 2020 ram 3500 drw crew cab?

The height setting you'll want to use with the B and W Companion hitch for the Ram rail kits part # BWRVK3670 will be based on what allows your trailer to sit level so there's no way for me to know that for you. Best option would be to install the hitch head in the middle height setting and the middle forward/back setting and connect to your trailer to see how it looks. If the trailer is sitting level and you can make tight turns with the slider slid back you are good as-is. If not make any adjustments needed.
