Yes the B and W Companion Slider for Ford Rail Kits part # BWRVK3370 that fits your 2019 Ford F-250 will fit under a tonneau cover. I attached a picture that shows it installed in a truck with a low profile tonneau cover and you can it will easily fit under it.
Check out the review video I attached as well that shows it installed in a truck that has a tonneau as well.
