must i install a resistor on 2006 dodge ram p/u in order to run LEDs on this truck.if so which would you reccommend?

If you replace the lights in your 2006 Dodge Ram with LED bulbs you will need a resistorif the bulb is to be used as a turn signal. If it is to be used as a tail light only, the resistor will not be necessary.
I recommend the Diamond LED Light Bulb Load-Resistors # DI34ZR. It guards against LED-related turn signal problems and is a simple, effective system that builds resistance that corrects flash timing, therefore preventing the hyperflash that can occur with LED indicators.
