Trailer Hitch Receiver Fit on 1993 Chevy K1500 With Step Bumper
Question:
Which hitch or hitches will fit a 93 chevy K1500 Silverado with the 6'6 inch short bed? I would prefer a hitch with 600 lb or 700 lb tongue weight. I also want to leave the spare tire mounted under the bed. I am running LT 235/85R16 and they have a diameter of approx., 32 1/2. This truck has a factory step bumper with a drop of approx., 4 1/2 inch from the bottom of the frame to the bottom of the step bumper.

There is a trailer hitch receivers that fits your 1993 Chevy K1500 with a step bumper, the Draw-Tite Max-E-Loader Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41524.
It has a 6,000 lb towing and 600 lb tongue weight, does not require drilling to install, and will allow you to keep your spare tire mounted under the bed.
