Trailer Hitch for 2019 Sprinter 2500, 144"WB, and Std. Bumper
Question:
I wanted to confirm this hitch will fit my 2019 Sprinter 144 passenger 4x4 with a standard rear bumper. The rear frame measurements are 36.5 inside and 39 1/4 outside. I also wanted to ensure this was bolt on/no drill and this won’t interfere with my spare tire. Any other recommendations for similar bumpers to compare that meet these specifications would also be appreciated.

Yes, the Draw-Tite # 75549 hitch you referenced will fit your 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 with 144" wheelbase, standard rear bumper, and frame measuring 39-1/4" outside dimension. This installation will not require you to drill any holes and will not interfere with your spare.
If you will be towing you need a tow ball and ball mount. Without knowing the offset between the trailer and tow vehicle I can't recommend a specific item, but, I have supplied a link to an FAQ below regarding this.
For towing you will also need a trailer lights wiring harness. I recommend the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness w Brake Controller Adapter # TK82VR. If your trailer has electric brakes you will instead need the Tekonsha 7 Way Trailer connector # TK22115. If you have a trailer with electric brakes, and you don't already have one, you will also need a brake controller. I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195.
I have included links to all of these items and to a demo video of the brake controller.
