Parts Needed to Tow Small Trailer With 2004 Kia Optima

I am interested in this product: Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4 Item # 24709 I have 4 questions: 1 Im wondering if this product that is something that I could install myself onto a 2004 Kia Optima. 2 To be able to pull a utility/garden trailer are there any other pieces that I need? 3 Can a 2004 kia optima using safely pull a utility trailer carrying 100-200 lbs of furniture?

You definitely could install the Curt hitch part # C11216 as long as you have basic hand tools and mechanical skills. The other components you need are a trailer wiring # C56334, a ball mount # 3593, and a hitch ball # 19256. Your vehicle has a 2,000 lb capacity so a trailer in the weight you mentioned would not be an issue.
