Size 205/75-14 Trailer Tires for Off-Road Use

Question:

I have ST205/75R14 size tires on it now and am looking for something aggressive to put on for new tires cause most the roads I travel are gravel and can be bigger rocks. I’m having a hard time finding anything in a 14 inch rim size I’m told they don’t teally make them. Please help. Thanks!!!

Since you mentioned you are traveling on gravel and rocky roads, the best option is to go with a 205/75-14 bias tire as opposed to a radial tire. The reason is, the cords inside a bias ply tire run at a 32 degree angle to the direction of travel, whereas cords on a radial tire run at a 90 degree angle. This results in a stiffer sidewall for bias tires and the ability to handle rougher roads better than a radial tire, so here is what you'll need:

- Load Range C - 1,760 lbs Per Tire: Loadstar ST205/75D14 Bias Trailer Tire # AM1ST86

These tires will be do a great job for you on gravel roads and rocky terrain.
