The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System Item # TDRTT1500 replace you factory jounce bumpers. As long as the suspension lift on your 2017 Ram 1500 doesn't interfere with or is close to your factory jounce bumper then they will work. The Timbrens are going to be a little wider that your factory jounce bumper so you want to make sure nothing from you suspension will interfere. If your lift replaced your factory jounce bumper then they are not going to be compatible. Because you vehicle is raised adding the timbrens require Timbren 1" Spacer For Raised Frame Vehicles - 3/8" Bushing Item # A25723-90AH00.
