old boat trailer with DICO 12x2 back free for replacement. It looks seem like Titan Trailer Brakes - T4489600-500 Just need confirm from experts Thanks

The free backing Titan Hydraulic Brake Kit # T4489600-500 are indeed a replacement for DICO brakes that measure 12" x 2" so they will work for you.
You just need to make sure you need a capacity for a 6,000 lb axle and have a 5-bolt mounting flange. To mount these brakes you will need the Mounting Bolts and Hardware # BRKH12.
