Can Swagman Current be Used with Ameland from Amsterdam Bike

Question:

I have a step-through Dutch bike- an Azor Ameland from Amsterdam Bicycle Co that weighs about 49 lbs. This rack looks like itll work well for two heavy Dutch style bikes. Will the bottom arm reach my low step-through frame? Ive read through the QandA and there are two opposing answers- one suggests an adaptor and another says you dont need one for a step-through frame. Please let me know the lowest reach of the bottom arm in inches. Thank you.

I looked up pictures of the bike you have and while it has a low step through frame it would still be compatible with the Swagman Current part # S64678 without requiring an adapter. The hooks of this in the lowest position are right at 13 inches from the bike hoops and the bikes you mentioned easily have a taller frame height than that.
