The Blue Ox # BX2253 is indeed the correct base plate for your 2011 Honda Fit Sport, it's compatible with all Fit models according to Blue Ox.
In addition to the base plates, you'll need a few other items to complete your flat towing setup. For a tow bar, use the Blue Ox Alpha, part # BX7380 which includes safety cables. The Alpha is a non binding self aligning tow bar which makes it easy to connect/disconnect even if the vehicle isn't perfectly lined up behind the motorhome.
You'll also need a wiring solution. I'd recommend a diode system like the # RM-15267 which includes the vehicle side connector, wire, diodes and umbilical that connects the towed vehicle to the motorhome.
For a supplemental braking system, I really like the Roadmaster Invisibrake, part # RM-8700 because it's so easy to use once installed.
In addition, you'll need a # RM-88400 brake lamp relay, and a # RM76511 fuse bypass. The bypass lets you bypass the radio fuse that needs to be removed before flat towing (see owner's manual) with a flick of a switch, instead of needing to remove the fuse every time you flat tow.
The installed base plate height is 13-1/2 inches above the ground. If the receiver height on your motorhome has a greater than 3 inch height difference, you'll also need a high/low adapter. I'll link to our selection of adapters.
