Hi there, Looking for a 2 bike cover, our set up is a Swagman straddler over front LP tanks Mount with a Swagman XC2 bike rack. With towed behind full sized suv or truck. Many thanks in advance.

Yes, since basically all hitch bike racks have the bikes face in opposite directions the Swagman Bike Cover for RVs - Large - 2 Bikes, part #S24FR that you referenced will work fine with your setup that has them facing opposite.
