How to Add 7-Way to 2019 Ford F-150 With Factory 4-Flat

Can i use the wiring that came with this truck which is a 4 wire socket to add a 7 wire plug? Or do i need more wiring?

For your 2019 Ford F-150 with a factory 4-flat you will need to add additional wiring to get a functioning 7-way.
The correct part for this is the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7.
Installing this will give you the needed 7-way connector, and includes the wiring and other hardware needed to have a working 7-way.
