Solution for Hitch Install Hardware of 2011 Kia Sedona LX that Wont Thread In
Question:
Hello I own a 2011 Kia Sedona LX and received part C13345 Hitch. When I attempted to attach the hitch to my vehicle, I was unable to thread the bolts in to the holes. I scrubbed the holes clean with a nylon brush also purchased from etrailer but no luck. the video shows the technicians first hand tightening these bolts so I think there may be an issue. I am wondering if I was sent the correct bolts, Hex bolt M12x1.25 or if there is another set of bolts that may apply to my vehicle. Thanks,

The issue you are describing is a pretty common one we see. The easy solution is to tap the threads with an M12 X 1.25 thread tap. This is the most efficient way to clean the weld nuts on your vehicle frame.
