Which bar should I order. Old bar has a V-5 rating. 800 lb weight dist. 10,000 gross trailer wt. 800 lb. max hitch wt. Bar#22210E.

The part number you referenced is part of the Reese SC Weight Distribution system, which has been discontinued, as has the replacement parts, including the arms. So you will need a new weight distribution hitch if yours is no longer working or you are missing a part, and there is a very effective but budget-friendly option I recommend, which is from Fastway.

This will give you outstanding sway control and is easier to install that units that use chains, while also being one of the most cost-effective options available for a quality weight distribution hitch. You will also need 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # 63840.
