Can Duplex Wire Still Be Used To Power Curt Echo Brake Controller From Battery
Question:
I saw your reply about the Echo wireless controller and the suggestion that Mandy could just get the socket/ bracket, wire and a circuit breaker. I have a similar situation but I’d like to run a duplex wire to the front of the car anyway. Just as easy as running a single wire and then it’s there in case I need it in the future. I see the 10 gauge duplex wire is more than $3.29 a foot meaning 25 feet would be $82. You sell a 10’ extension for $10, just $1 a foot. Do you not sell a 20’ or 25’ duplex wire? I assume the socket / bracket referenced in the other reply is the same one as in the kit. 2018 Subaru Outback 2.5. Thanks Tom

The Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller part # ETBC7 would be the best option we could offer to install the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180 if you wanted to run duplex wire up to the battery. We don't offer the length you need aside from the part # 10-2-1.
