In my professional opinion with installing and using fifth wheel hitches here at Etrailer I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 25,000 lbs Item # BWRVK3600 for your 2020 Ram 3500 with the 8' bed and OEM Prep package. B&W is very well known. The craftsmanship of their hitches is outstanding and they hold up very well. When not towing a trailer with a lot of other hitches the heads seem to knock or rattle. The B&W has a nice tight fit with a spring that doesn't allow the head to knock against the uprights.
