Does Front and Rear Leveling Kit Impact the Towing Capacity?

If i have a leveling kit 3inch front and 1.5inch rear, does that affect my towing capabilities?

Having a leveling kit on the front and rear of your vehicle will not change your towing capacities. It will impact the ride of your truck, but the towing capacity will not be impacted as that has to do with the engine and transmission as well as other things that the leveling kit doesn't impact.
The manufacturer will list your towing capacities in your owner's manual, so even if a hitch receiver like the # 75282 you referred to is rated higher than the owner's manual the maximum towing capacity in your owner's manual is the most your vehicle can safely tow. Many hitch receivers are rated higher than the vehicle can handle.
