The Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire Load Range E with 10 inch White Wheel - 4 on 4 # AM3H460 that you are looking at will fit your 1997 Jayco Tent Trailer as long as it has the 4 bolt wheel pattern.
The wheel is a 10 inch x 6 inch wide wheel like your factory size and the tire size is the newer 205/65-10 metric size tire that replaced the older 20.5 x 8 -10 tire size. The capacity on the tire is load range E, which is a 10-ply rated tire with a 1,650-lb maximum load capacity at 90 psi.
If you have 5 bolt wheel pattern, then you would need the Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire Load Range E with 10 inch White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 # AM3H480. Same tire just with a 5 hole wheel.
