For the radiator side of the Derale Combination Transmission/Engine Oil Cooler Core # D13302 that will work as the transmission cooler you would want Derale Radiator Adapter Fittings # D13025.

The sandwich adapter you purchase to go with the oil cooler side of the # D13302 should come with barbs to attach the rubber lines to.

You might be interested in purchasing a Derale Thermostatic Sandwich Adapter Kit # D15782. This product has multiple thread sizes to that it should work on your vehicle. This product will allow your motor to bypass the engine oil cooler when the vehicle is cold and then once the motor warms up enough it will divert the fluid to the oil cooler to help keep your engine from running too hot.
