My Trailer Brakes are not Stopping the Way I Want How Can I Correct This
Question:
I can hear the magnets clicking on and off when I apply the brakes with the peddle or manually applying the trailer brakes. However even if I turn the power all the way up the brakes are not actually doing anything. Any suggestions what this might be?

It sounds like they are simply out of adjustment. I jane linked a video for you to check out describing how to use the Brake Adjustment Spoon for Drum Brakes part # W80630. This will allow you to get the correct pressure on the shoes so they stop the way you want them to.
