Will the Curt Class II Euro Style Drawbar, # C45562, Fit a 2008 Ford Escape with 1-1/4 Inch Receiver

Question:

Installed on my 2008 escape is the 1 1/4 x 1 1/4 reciever. Will the euro hitch work on this? My trailer has a 2 inch hitch and needs a 2 inch ball.

The Curt Class II Euro Style Drawbar, # C45562, fits a 1-1/4 inch receiver and has a 2 inch diameter ball. Normally on a Class II trailer hitch, you have to use the ball mount recommended by the hitch manufacturer to avoid voiding the warranty. Otherwise to choose the correct ball mount you would follow the steps to measure for rise or drop in the FAQ I have linked for you.
