We actually have an FAQ article that will guide you into switching to hydraulic disc brakes. I have included a link to it for you. The basic parts you will need include the actual brakes themselves, brake lines, an electric over hydraulic actuator, and a brake controller. If you have a factory integrated controller it will not work with the actuator and you will need to add one that is like the P2 # 90885.
You will start by pulling a hub and getting the inner and outer bearings numbers stamped into the metal of the bearings. This will tell me what disc brakes will fit. Also make sure to measure the brake mounting flange mounting hole pattern. The FAQ covers all the parts needed.
Never lube hubs take special bearings that are lubricated and sealed so you do not have to add grease to them. They can be expensive as far as bearing/hubs go. There are some Never lube disc brake kits from Dexter that we do not carry.
