In order to hook up a trailer with a 6-round connector to your vehicle with a 7-way connector all you need is an adapter.
For that I recommend the Hopkins Endurance Multi-Tow Trailer Connector Adapter - 7-Way to 6-Way, 5-Way or 4-Way # HM47570.
I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well.
