Will the HM40975 Connector Socket Fit the Factory Opening on my 2010 Ford F-150

Question:

My 2010 Ford F-150 has a factory combo 4/7 pin connector that looks identical to this item. The connector was stolen leaving me with just a 7-pin plug that looks exactly like PK11998. Will this connector fit the cutout on my truck? Looking at the bracket that comes with the HM40975, the cutout looks to be the same but I dont know if the size is slightly different. To determine if the Pollak 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket # HM40975 that you referenced has a bracket that is the same size as the one that is on your vehicle you will need to check out the picture I attached that shows the dimensions of the Pollak bracket. It should work for you, but I would still recommend you check to be sure.
