Question:
What is the length of the 2 inch receiver to hitch? I have a typical 8inch rise curt now and need a 10inch rise to level trailer are they the same length?

The distance from the hitch pin hole of the Flash Solid Steel Adjustable Ball Mount # FA49-00-5900 to the center of the hitch ball is 9 inches. This is a pretty standard length so I'd assume it's probably pretty close to what you have on your Curt ball mount.
