Yes, I can confirm that the Draw-Tite hitch you asked about does fit your 2009 Mazda 3:
- Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24816
To tow you will need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118420 if your Mazda does NOT have LED tail lights or # 46255 if it DOES have LED tail lights.
You will also need Ball Mount # 3592 and either 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # 19256, or 2" Hitch Ball # 19258.
