Yes. The Curt # C99FR is a confirmed fit on the 2020 Toyota Highlander Hybrid models as well as the non-hybrids. If you're going to be towing with this hitch, you'll also need a wiring harness, ball mount and hitch ball. For the wiring harness I recommend using the Tekonsha ZCI # 119250KIT because it won't require cutting into the existing wiring on the vehicle. This kit simply clamps onto the vehicle wiring, so it's easy to install and won't create any potential issues with cutting into your new vehicle's electrical system.

For a ball mount and hitch ball, I recommend using the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 since it comes with 2 ball mounts with variable rise/drop, both 1-7/8" and 2" hitch balls, hitch pin, clips and a carrying bag for storage. This would allow you to tow a variety of different trailers that you might encounter all in one package.
