Can B and W Companion Hitch for Ford Fifth Wheel Rail Kits Fit with Rhino Liner Spray in Bed Liner

I am going to have the bed sprayed before I mount the hitch. I understand the Rhino spray will be thicker than the Line-X spray. Is either an issue for securing and functioning of the hitch?
