Wiring Harness for 2008 Toyota Highlander Pre-wired

I have a Toyota Highlander that is pre-wired for towing. Do I need to do the underdash installation? Is this the right wiring harness?

Yes, the # 118449 T-One wiring harness is the correct custom-fit wiring harness for your Highlander. If you have a trailer with electric brakes, you will need a brake controller to activate them and a 7-way plug for the back of your Highlander.

We have a great selection of brake controllers. I suggest the Prodigy P3 # 90195, which is simple to install and operate, and offers a smooth stop. You will also need # ETBC7, which turns the 4-pole plug into a 7-pole plug and also has the wiring to run to the front for the brake controller. I have included links to those products.
