For trailer wiring on your 2015 Toyota Land Cruiser you will start with the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 119250KIT this gives you a 4-Way flat connector.
If you want a 7-Way you then add the Universal Installation Kit 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat part # ETBC7 once installed you will have a fully functional 7 and 4 way plugs on your rig.
If you need trailer brakes I really like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195 you looked at.
