2017 Audi Q7 Stealth Hitch for Use with a Bike Rack

The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver part # 391AUDQ716 is exactly what you're looking for. This will allow you to easily carry your bike rack down the road. Just be sure not to exceed the recommended tongue weight of the Audi Q7 which is listed in your owners manual.

As far as your back up sensors and your back up camera you are definitely going to have interference. When the opening of the hitch is not installed or when it is installed without the bike rack there will be no issues. When you add a bike and bike rack your back up sensors will sense it immediately and cause the alarm to go off when backing. When installed it will also block some of the view in your rear view camera. It is unlikely it will be completely blocked but I do not expect being able to see 50 percent of the screen
