For your 2003 Land Rover Discovery SE, you will need baseplates, tow bar, safety cables, electrical connection, supplemental braking, and a high-low adapter.
I recommend starting with the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Fixed Arms # BX2902 which are a custom fit and then using the Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 10,000 lbs # BX7420 which comes with the safety cables needed. You will then need to use a high-low adapter to get within the safe zone for towing and I've linked the page to your options and attached an article to assist. I also recommend the Blue Ox Base-Plate and Receiver Lock Kit - Qty 4 # BX88177 to secure all these components.
For your wiring connection and vehicle lighting I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This will give you the connection and give you the ability to utilize the factory tail light wiring while still protecting the vehicle electric circuits.
For your braking system I recommend the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251. This braking system is a customer favorite because once installed you literally just flip a switch to put it into tow mode and it will brake with the same pressure and timing as your motorhome.
With these components and following the instructions for flat towing/recreational towing behind a motorhome in your owners manual you will be ready to go.
