For a 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 Classic or New Body style, provided that the bed is not a step side, is not a double-wall bed, and is not a dually, you can use camper hold downs # HSSF. I also recommend tie down hardware kit # TDHP. I have linked instructions for the hold downs for you.
These hold downs are very popular and are the ones I recommend using on your truck.
