Compatibility does base plate BX1131 with tow bar BX4212

According to Blue Ox, the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1131 is only compatible with motorhome-mounted tow bars, so it will not work with your BX4212 car-mounted tow bar. We do have tow bars which will work, and for that I recommend the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Blue Ox Base Plates # e47ZR.
This is a great value for a tow bar that has long arms for maneuverability and also has safety chains so you don't have to purchase those separately. Along with Tow Bar # e47ZR and Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1131, here are the rest of the items needed to flat tow your 2011 Jeep Liberty Renegade:
