Weight distribution systems all make at least some noise due to all of the spring bar tension in the system combined with the fact that the parts move as the vehicle turns. So the quietest option will be a system like the Reese part # RP66541 which doesn't have any friction sway control built into it and uses chain hangers for the spring bars instead of L-brackets that the spring bar would slide on and create noise. This system has a tongue weight range too of 400-800 lbs so it would be perfect for your 600 lb tongue weight as well. Overall it's as easy to use as any other system as well. What's great too is that weight distribution systems even without a separate sway control system still greatly help reduce sway causes by passing semis and high winds.
For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
