I don't have any confirmed custom fit trailer brake controller harness options for a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 6500 therefore the only option would be hard wiring. For this, you'd need to start with a 4-way like the part # 119250KIT then adapt this to a 7-way with the part # ETBC7. This would then allow you to install a brake controller.
If you already have a 7-way trailer connector, then you can use the part # C51180.
