The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13079 is indeed a fit for a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and offers a 3,500 lbs towing capacity though keep in mind you will be limited by the vehicle if lower. In order to complete your setup you'll need the following:
